Our sister city is Ebetsu, located in Hokkaido, Japan.

Cultural Events

‘Skosh’ is being rebranded as ‘Cultural Events’. GESCA plans to sponsor Cultural Events as a new way of sharing Japanese culture with those who attend. Keep checking back for when events are scheduled.
